Closing Process

Once your client has found a home they want to offer on, review the offer guide below. Make sure to add the "Seller paid closing costs" contingency within the guide. In the event your client wants to pay their own closing costs, they must provide necessary funds to APC Homes within 3 business days of an accepted contract. 

Make sure to notify your APC Homes contact of any inbound offers!

Closing Costs Schedule

Once we have an accepted contract, please send the full contract to contracts@apchomes.info. Once we receive the accepted contract, you will receive an email with the contact information of the title company and inspector. 

We handle all paper work with the client in regards to our program and scheduling closing with the title company.
